Dr. Jeremiah Arkham (DC)

Bio:
Nephew to Amadeus Arkham, Jeremiah was the most recent administrator of Arkham Asylum. He proved an uneven administrator thanks to the frequent escapes and high rate of recidivism among the asylum 's residents. Some even questioned his close relationship with several of the inmates, especially Mister Zsasz. When the facility was upgraded some years ago, Arkham oversaw its reopening and subsequently trapped Batman within the asylum for research purposes. He decided to see what made Batman tick by exposing the Dark Knight to several liberated inmates, including the Joker, Killer Croc, and the Mad Hatter.
Jeremiah's own sanity was eventually questioned, and when the asylum was temporarily closed by federal order, he was seen cowering in the shadows. The building reopened a year later, and the unstable Jeremiah was unbelievably back in charge.
