Fudge Higgins Search for 'Fudge Higgins' on eBay Bio: Schoolboy chum of Fourth Doctor companion, Sharon. He and Sharon are initially duped by Beep the Meep, when the duo first meet the Doctor. He later meets up with the Fourth Doctor, sans Sharon, as a young adult. In this second encounter, he again assisted the Fourth Doctor defeat Beep the Meep. Notes: At right are the "young" and "older" Fudge Higgins. On top, we see him as the schoolboy he was in "Star Beast". On bottom is Higgins in (presumably) his twenties in "Star Beast II".
