Magrillo
Real Name:
Search for 'Magrillo' on Amazon

Bio:
Magrillo created the so-called "automatic orchestra" and a new opera house in Venice, where the orchestra was sited. He claimed to have gained the knowledge to create this orchestra, powered by human souls, from a fallen star. The Tenth Doctor contradicted this view, suggesting instead that he was a pawn of Rokathian agents, who had used to star to control Magrillo.

Indeed, the the "star", according to the Doctor, was merely the "black box recorder" off of a Rokathian space ship, and the resulting "orchestra" was merely a construct to send a distress signal deep into space.
