Powers:
Dr. Broadhurst is one of the most brilliant roboticists of modern times. In addition to overseeing the project which led to the creation of Machine Man, he also constructed Wildwind, and made modifications to Sentry#459. Broadhurst also has a cybernetic right hand, which he presumably built for himself.

Bio:
Human scientist working for the Underground Legion. Dr. Broadhurst's right hand has been replaced with a cybernetic hand. Broadhurst's activities for the United States government have included the X-50 program, where he oversaw the production of 50 robotic life-forms, all of which were faulty, and went insane. One of his scientists, Dr. Able Stack, was successful in creating a stable robot, X-51, who later took the name Machine Man. Broadhurst personally created the android Wildwind to serve in the Underground Legion, but did not make her aware she was actually an artificial lifeform, possibly to prevent her from going insane. Dr. Broadhurst also re-programmed Sentry#459 to serve the Underground Legion.
