Powers:
Thunderbolt had Superhuman speed. The Visor of his costume also gave off a brilliant beam of light.

Bio:
William Carver was a D.A. whose brother, Lonnie, was shot and killed in an attempt on his life. At Lonnie's funeral William spotted his brothers killer and chased him down. While struggling with the murderer they were both struck by lightning. Lonnie's Killer died instantly while William fell into a deep coma. At the hospital the doctors tried a new cobalt-treatment designed by Stark Industries. An undetected radiation leak in the treatment caused William's refelexes to speed up making him super fast. William eventually died from premature aging, a side effect of his super fast metabolism.
