The Clock Real Name: Brian O'Brien Search for 'The Clock' on eBay Bio: The first costumed crime fighter to appear in American comic books, the Clock's secret identity is society man and former district attorney Brian O'Brien, whose background as an All-American quarterback helped prepare him for heroism. As the Clock, he wears a three-piece suit, a fedora, and a black full-face mask. He usually leaves a calling card bearing an image of a clock-face and the words "The Clock Has Struck."
