Bio:
The son of Herb "Toughy" Simms (original Blue Boy). Timmy's nickname was "static" due to his skills with radio devices. One day Shawn discovered a trunk containing his father's diary in which was revealed the identities of Little Boy Blue and the Blue Boys. The trunk also contained the three young adventurers' old costumes. Doctor Light I took over the town of Radiance, Pennsylvania. Shawn told his friends Timmy Simms "Static" and "Slats" about his father's diary and the costumes. In order to stop Doctor Light I, Shawn became the new Little Boy Blue and Timmy and Slats became the new Blue Boys The three boys succeeded in capturing Doctor Light I and Timmy revealed his new double identity to his father. Presumably, Shawn and Slats' fathers also learned their sons had adopted their old costumed identities.
