Commissar (Marvel) Real Name: Search for 'Commissar (Marvel)' on eBay Powers: Huge, with powerful robotic strength. Weaknesses: Easily destroyed by damaging remote control panel. Bio: A giant, seemingly human robot, built by the Sin Cong Communist party as a propaganda tool. Used to intimidate the populace. A plan by its apparent underling, but actual commander, Major Hoy, involved attacking the Avengers and defeating them in single combat, to demonstrate the power of Communism. Eventually destroyed when the control panel was discovered and destroyed by the Scarlet Witch.
