Powers:
Powers
Tullamore Voge has demonstrated mental abilities sufficient to bind Jean Grey (though this was without her Phoenix powers).
Abilities

Tullamore Voge has uncanny business skills, and has contact with bizarre mercenary groups from all across causality

Bio:
Tullamore Voge is, by human standards, an odd person. He is short, stocky, wears his hair in an unusual style, and is an interdimensional slaver.

He encountered the X-Men in Moscow, and kidnapped them. Storm, the only escaping member of the team, was forced to ally with Alexei Vazhin of the Russian intelligence community to free them.

Later Masque had sought to sell Storm, his prize fighter in his arenas, to Voge, but she escaped.
