None. Monguski wore an exoskeleton to appear as Mongu, which allowed him sufficient range of motion to appear to be a real person. It appeared to be motorized, but did not demonstrate any superhuman abilities. Mongu's ship was actually a disguised russian Mig. It did contain a "Sound Gun" able to bombard its victim with deafening sound.
Monguski and his men used conventional soviet weaponry and fighter planes.
Monguski was sent by scientists in the Russia to capture the Hulk, so that they could learn the secret of his great strength and create an army of warriors like him.. Knowing the interest and belief in UFOs and extra-terrestrial life, he had a costume built to make him appear to be a giant alien warrior, and he had his Mig disguised as a spaceship. His men sneaked into a pre-arranged area outside of a town near Gamma Base, in Arizona. Posing as the extra-terrestrial conqueror Mongu, he landed his "spaceship" and issued a challenge to Earth's mightiest mortal. He made the bluff that if Earth's champion could defeat him then he would depart forever, but if he were victorious, his warriors would attack and conquer Earth.
As Monguski had predicted, this drew the attention of the Hulk, who accepted his challenge and met him on an isolated butte in the nearby canyon. The Hulk, still early in his career and dominated by the "Joe Fixit" portion of his personality, smelled a rat when Mongu recognized him. Monguski then opened the chest panel on Mongu to reveal himself, and his troops then surrounded the Hulk. The Hulk made short work of the soldiers, and destroyed the Sound Gun by burrowing underground and then destroying it from underneath. Monguski had his soldiers take Rick Jones hostage, but the Hulk took out the landing gear of their escape ship, preventing it from landing to take them away. Realizing that hurting Rick would only get them in more trouble with the Hulk, Monguski and his men surrendered. The Hulk threw them into their helicopter and sent them back to the Iron Curtain.
