Bio: Martin Stein, formerly part of Firestorm's composite psyche with Ronnie Raymond, briefly became Firestorm by himself when he discovered that it had been his destiny, not Raymond's, to inherit the power of the Fire Elemental. After defeating the beast Brimstone, Firestorm traveled to the other end of the universe to explore, returning to Earth later to help cure Ronnie Raymond of his leukemia and pass the mantle back to him.
