Bulleteer (DC) Real Name: Alix Harrower Search for 'Bulleteer (DC)' on eBay Powers: Invulnerability Bio: Married to Lance Harrower who discovered a substance he called "smartskin". First used on a rat affectionately known to Alix as "Metal Mickey" the substance was indestructible. Lance had dreams of the two of them being superheroes together. Lance used himself to see if he could expand on the smartskin experiments. When Alix found him in the basement laboratory Lance was covered in the smartskin substance. While calling EMS Lance touched Alex in which the smartskin transferred to her body covering her in smartskin.
