Old Billy
Real Name: Billy
Search for 'Old Billy' on Amazon

Powers:
Old Billy possessed great strength, enough to knock Hercules off his feat with a strong blow.

Weaknesses:
Due to the experiments performed on him by Edward Lansing, Old Billy was left mentally challenged, becoming basically a raging monster with very little functioning thoughts.

Bio:
Old Billy was simply an outcast of humanity, living in San Marino.

He was found by the mad scientist Edward Lansing who performed experiments on Old Billy trying to re-create the Super-Soldier Serum. The results weren't exactly the same as the serum, but they did increase Billy's strength, and he was the first of Lansings race of invincible warriors.

Old Billy, in his mindless state, attacked Hercules and The Black Widow on the beach, and after troops of Lansings interviened, the two were taken hostage.

The same experiments were then performed on the two to bend their minds to the will of Lansing. He then sent Hercules, The Black Widow, Old Billy and the rest of his "Mutates" against the rest of The Champions.

After The Black Widow as able to free herself of Lansing's control, she smashed the control box that kept the Mutates under his control, and they attacked Lansing, killing him.

Hercules and The Black Widow were left unaffected by the experiments performed on them, the same could not be said for the rest of the Mutates, including Old Billy, who all stayed in their mindless state.
