Bio: Before turning to the dark side of the force, Darth Revan was the leader of the Revanchist movement attempting to gain military support for the Outer Rim at the beginning of the Mandalorian Wars. A stunning military leader, Revan gained just as much respect and admiration from his troops as he did scorn from the Jedi Council. Along with his follower Alek (Darth Malak), he turned to the dark side during the conflict. He was eventually betrayed by his apprentice Darth Malak and nearly killed. The Jedi wiped Revan's mind in an attempt to reform him, though he later gained his memory back. It is believed that Revan eventually got revenge against his former apprentice, later disappearing to the outer rim to find the source of Sith power. Revan's whereabouts remain unknown as of this date.
Notes: Though Revan's fate is left up to the player in Knights of the Old Republic, the canon ending is that Revan was reformed and helped save the galaxy from Malak's wrath. Revan has appeared as a heavily shadowed Jedi master in the Knights of the Old Republic comic book. His future is rumored to be explored in the third volumes of the Knights of the Old Republic game series.
