R4-P17, usually called just "R4", was the red astromech droid used by Obi-Wan Kenobi during the Clone Wars. He survived from the opening notes of the Battle of Geonosis through to the Battle of Coruscant. It is assumed that the remains of the droid went down with the Invisible Hand as Obi-Wan and Anakin crash-landed her on Coruscant.
