Jed Walker

Search for 'Jed Walker' on eBay

Bio:
Jed spent much of his early life raised by his grandfather, a fisherman named Paulsen. In _The Sandman_ #5, Paulsen was pulled overboard by a sea monster. The Sandman brought him to the surface, but Paulsen had already drowned.

Jed was then sent to live with his Uncle Barnaby and Aunt Clarice and cousins Susan and Bruce. This family works Jed to the bone with farm and kitchen shores and admires only brute strength, considering Jed a wimp and sissy. After winning some fights with Bruce in spite of his size, the family puts him in a cellar dungeon with minimal food and forced to sleep in his own urine.

Jed is eventually rescued by his sister, Rose.
