She, along with her twin brother Don, were the Tornado Twins. Although Dawn and her brother, Don Allen, had inherited their father's (Barry Allen) super speed, they did rarely used their powers to help mankind. Growing up in the 30th century was difficult for metahumans. They were met with fear and hatred. Whenever they did use their super speed it was usually only seen as tornadoes. So their superhero identity was The Tornado Twins. Dawn had married Jeven Ognats and gave birth to Jenni Ognats, who would become the Legionnaire, XS. Dawn and her brother were killed saving the Earth from the Dominators Invasion.
