Bio: Son of Pasiphaė and the Cretan Bull. Named after his grandfather, Asterios, he became known as the Minotaur because Minos had refused to sacrifice the Cretan bull to Poseidon, and his wife's unnatural love, abetted by Daedalus, was to be Minos's punishment. Asterion proved violent an anthropophagous, so Minos had Daedalus construct a giant maze from which he could not escape. Each year, seven youths and seven maidens were sent from Athens as a peace offering, where they would be consumed by the Minotaur.
In modern times, Minotaur has allied with Warlock in his cursade to subjugate humanity.
