Power Princess (Ultimate)
Real Name: Zarda

Powers: In addition to the same physical abilities she shares with Hyperion, such as flight, super-strength, and enhanced durability, her powers also include some healing based abilities; Zarda's first appearance is as an extremely aged crone. After killing a man that sees her, she then appears as her current form of a youthful woman. Twice in the series, after noticing a gray hair or a scratch from a fight, she killed a human female, somehow absorbing her life energy (or some similar effect). Both times, her "imperfection" was removed. On the opposite end of the scale, she used a similar life force transfer to heal Hyperion when he received life threatening injuries.
In addition to all her powers, Zarda has demonstrated a love of carnage and killing, most likely linked to her ultimate (apparently) mission of conquering the human race.
Weaknesses: She may very well not know who she actually is (i.e., a form of amnesia).
Bio: Zarda's origin is a complete mystery, as she has offered several different version of it, some science-fiction themed, some mystical. She was discovered in a tomb decorated with images of female deities and since then has acted more as a monster than a hero, consuming people's life force and assuming their shape. But her romantic interest in Mark Miller/Hyperion has lead her to act as a de-facto hero, although she actually has very little regard for human life and constantly tempts Hyperion away from any kind of heroic activities.
Notes: Zarda is a retooled version of Power Princess, who was a straight-up analogue of Wonder Woman. As such, Zarda's very threatening, female-themed powers and character traits (i.e., sexual attractiveness, malevolent insanity, and life-draining) represent something akin to a male fear of the emasculating woman, which is reminiscent of Wonder Woman's original, pseudo-feminist themes, though with a villainous twist. Zarda is thus half Wonder Woman and half Lady Macbeth. Whether this constitutes a commentary on sexism or an instance of sexism is debatable.
