Piper (Star Trek) Real Name: Mark Piper Search for 'Piper (Star Trek)' on eBay Bio: Successor to Boyce as CMO of the Enterprise. It is unclear whether he served under both Pike and Kirk, or just under Kirk. In any event his tenure was at a minimum a temporary assignment lasting a few weeks, and at most probably a year--judging by how closely Pike and Kirk identify with their "usual" Doctors. Notes: This character has only appeared once outside of his lone televised episode, "Where No Man Has Gone Before". That appearance was not in comics, but in the Pocket novel, Traitor Winds.
