Bootsy Real Name: Samuel Barton Ford Search for 'Bootsy' on eBay Bio: A bum, living in Spawn's alleys, "Bootsy" gets his name from a pair of old cowboy boots from the musical "Oklahoma" that he found in a dumpster outside of a Broadway theatre.
