Danger Man (Marvel)
Real Name: Dan Germain
Search for 'Danger Man (Marvel)' on Amazon

Powers:
Dan possesses superhuman strength (able to life somewhere around 80 tons), is able to breathe underwater, has superhuman hearing and is able to emit destructive atomic energy beams. If he channels his energy through his hands, he's able to use it while punching, creating something called an "atomic punch."

Weaknesses:
Dan can't become enraged or stressed for prolonged periods of time. If he does, he runs the risk of his powers going out of control and could possibly have a self-destructive meltdown.

Bio:
Dan Jermain worked for Roxxon and was accidentally knocked into an open vat of hard atomic water. This caused Dan to gain his atomic based superhuman powers.

Dan unfortunately didn't see this as a plus, but instead a tragedy. He accidentally injured his wife not being able to control his own strength, was in the process of completely destroying his entire house by accident, and was considered a bit of a freak in his neighbourhood.

Dan's insurance didn't cover any kind of superhuman related accidents or injuries, so he and his family were quickly going broke. Dan hired the lawfirm of Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway where She-Hulk, as Jennifer Walters was assigned to his case.

Walters successfully sued Roxxon and Dan was awarded $85 million to cover stress, treatment and therapy for his family.

Later when She-Hulk was placed on tril by the Time Variance Authority, Dan was one of many witnesses that was called to testify on the behalf of She-Hulk.
