Bio:
Former liaison to the Thunderbolts (when they were a recognized legitimate superhero team, before being outted as the Masters of Evil). Assumed mantle of Citizen V after Zemo to enact revenge upon the T-Bolts. Riordan's paternal grandfather was a member of the V-Battalion (John Watkins), and as such she had earned the right to be Citizen V.

Dallas was crippled in battle with the Crimson Cowl.

Dallas briefly assumed the costumed role as Vantage.

Later, her body was inhabited by Erik Josten (Atlas, Goliath, etc.) after he became a being of pure ionic energy. This situation was rectified.

Currently, Dallas works for the American government and has tentatively (along with Henry Peter Gyrich) helped Zemo, as he intends to save the world...
