Full extent undetermined. Including but not limited to enhanced reflexes, strength, speed, and stamina. Triple-jointed, which allows him extreme contortions without physical damage. Can scale any smooth surface. Able to consume all manner of toxic and even non-organic food stuffs for fuel in extreme situations. These might all be attributed to his genome being enhanced with insectoid DNA.
He possesses sub-micro nanotech that he mentally commands and yields many uses, including a degree of control of his own body to the point of rerouting his neurological impulses, for example transforming pain sensations into sound. The nanotech travels in his saliva, with which he can cause hallucinations and even allows him a so far seemingly limited amount of mind control over those exposed to it.
He can also control his body's growth and function at will. For instance, he's been known to grow a hardened fingernail to use as a spike which, inserted into his opponent, also acted as a delayed-action explosive.
He can be weakened by partial or complete destruction of his suit, which possesses some built in enhancements that can be damaged in battle.
His resilience has limits, and he can be weakened by exhaustion if he is not allowed to rest and replenish his body.
Noh-Varr was an ensign on the dimension- schooner of the 18th Kree Diplomatic Gestalt, in a mission of peace. The whole team was mostly humanoid, genome-boosted with insectoid DNA for resilience and durability. He was the only survivor.
Thrown across the multiverse during a mission, the arrived on Earth-616 in search of their home reality, only to be shot down by Dr. Midas, a multi-trillionare obsessed with the powers derived from the absorption of cosmic rays. After receiving their distress signal, Midas shot down the Marvel, suspecting the presence of the ship's cosmic ray powered engine, which he needed to complete his mutation.
Captured by Midas, he was slated for vivisection and study as a unique alien life-form. He was able to escape his prison, rejoin the shipwrecked schooner and later declared a one-Kree war on the planet. Fueled by his anger for those who wantonly killed his crewmates, he destroyed a sizable area of New York City, carving the message 'Fuck You' on the very landscape for the world to see. However, he had Plex use the Omniwave to herd innocents out of harm's way.
Upon seeing the mayhem S.H.I.E.L.D. sent the 3 United Nations Bannermen against him (bio-engineered Super Soldiers who mimic the powers of Captain America and the Hulk among others). They were defeated.
Noh-Varr became an unwitting defender of humanity when the sentient corporation known as Hexus was accidentally released from a containment cell when the Marvel crashed. Hexus began to take over world-wide commerce in an attempt to subjugate the human population and ultimately control and deplete Earth to extinction.
He was victorious in his battle with Hexus, but was also extremely weakened. It was then that he met the Exterminatrix, Midas' own daughter. Although she initially tried to kill him, they ended up forming an alliance that allowed them both to be free of the megalomaniacal Midas. By the time the dust settled, Midas had entered the cosmic ray engine and damaged Plex.
After this battle, both him and Plex ended up in the hands of S.H.I.E.L.D. Noh-Varr was incarcerated in the seemingly inescapable prison known as the Cube. Far from being defeated, Noh-Varr valiantly promised to turn it into the capital city of the new Kree Empire.
