Powers:
No superhuman powers. Extremely gifted technician. Implants in his head allow him to access cyberspace at will and actually exist in cyberspace and real space at the same time.

Bio:
Cyberspace hacker, former employee of Transnational Technologies. He developed chip for accessing cyberspace directly. Left the corporation after they disappeared his lover, Cyd, over a corporate headhunting case.

In 2097, Duke helped save cyberspace with help from Shiva Blue, Dot 33, Broken Haiku and Firelight. Later betrayed by Cyd, who was working for Alchemax.

Duke later betrayed Doom and Wire by leading them to Fever to settle an old debt. Duke and Doom later reconciled.

His fate after the Phalanx destroyed cyberspace is uncertain.

Notes:
There is an uncofirmed claim that Duke Stratosphere is one of 3 biomech constructs left behind by the Shi'Ar to undermine Earth's stability.
