Lady Viper
Real Name: Charlene
Search for 'Lady Viper' on Amazon

Lady Viper possessed superhuman strength. She could also induce hypnotic compulsions in her victims.

The longer Charlene remained in the form of Lady Viper, the stronger her reptilian characteristics became.

Charlene was a sideshow performer who exploited her lifelong fascination with reptiles to make a living. She happened across a strange statue, of what appeared to be a woman with a serpent's tail. One night, as the moonlight filtered through the eyes of the statue, it changed her into the embodiment of the character. She took the name Lady Viper and embarked on a life of crime. This brought her into conflict with Batgirl. She eventually remained too long in her Lady Serpent form and transformed wholly into a reptile. Batgirl retired her to a zoo.
