His mastery of Mehta-Sua, which allows the channeling of mental energy to enhance one's own physical power and allowing one to control other people's minds.
A master strategist, who always studies his adversary closely and devises a carefully thought-out plan before acting. Also one of the world's deadliest martial artists, having undergone a training regimen to rival Batman's.
Sin Tzu was raised on a plantation, on Zhaxou Island, by his wealthy parents. At a young age, criminals attacked his family and killed everyone on the island besides him. That day he swore that he would make a world free from all crime. He spent his wealth on studying martial arts, science, and the occult. He eventually turned the island into a base for his plans to unite the world, under his rule. After he had prepared his home, he set out to conquer the world. He observed Batman and thought that he would make a strong ally. He created a series of test to see if Batman was a worthy companion. Batman eventually passed all of the tests, but he refused to join Sin Tzu. The two battled, and Sin Tzu was eventually killed by one of his own failed magical experiments.
