Brimo
Real Name:
Search for 'Brimo' on Amazon

Powers:
Psychic. Can create whatever she imagines, by using elements in this universe to "power" her dreams. If she imagines "too much" (whatever that might be), she can theoretically suck the life out of the universe.

In short, she's ridiculously powerful, almost godlike.

Bio:
Hailing from the ancient planet of Nefrin, Brimo's culture predates even the formation of Earth. Naturally psychic she committed the almost unforgivable crime of colluding with unknown aliens to pervert the natural order of history. Her punishment was perpetual entrapment in an "eternity capsule", something that seems to work much like Krypton's Phantom Zone. Unlike the Zone, though, it is has a physical presence in this universe.

Notes:
She is the titular character of the oft-reprinted Doctor Who comic strip, "The TIme Witch".

First Appearance: Doctor Who Magazine (1979) #35
