Matango Real Name: Search for 'Matango' on eBay Bio: A member of the inner Parliament of Trees templated on a dragon, he saw the arrival of the Grey (fungi) from outer space after the explosion of the planet between Mars and Jupiter that is now the asteroid belt. He persuaded the Parliament to allow him to remain the Earth Elemental to see the Earth through this danger, but he allied himself with the Grey and their subsuming power. Notes: The character's name is clearly derived from the 1963 Japanese film, Matango, which is about a fungus that tries to possess everything.
