Attorney for Stuart Clarke, until he was fired when Clarke's company (Clarke Futuristics) went out of business due to the recession and Clarke's crime spree as Rampage.
When Crawley recognized Rampage on TV as Clarke, he informed the police.
Because Crawley still had power of attorney over Clarke's company, he sold off the company, paid off the debts, and kept the leftover cash for himself.
