Krakoa (02) Real Name: Search for 'Krakoa (02)' on eBay Powers: Like the original Krakoa, this Krakoa is a "living island" with control over its earth and plant life. Bio: As revealed by psychic communications with Rachel Grey and Kid Omega, this version of Krakoa was grown artificially by Maximilian von Katzenelnbogen, making him "more like one of [the original Krakoa's] grandkids." Krakoa (02) was abused and taught only rage by von Katzenelnbogen's version of the Hellfire Club. When Wolverine opened the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning, the Hellfire Club unleashed their Krakoa almost immediately, leveling the school. However, Kid Omega was able to communicate with Krakoa and convince it to halt its attack; Krakoa is now willingly the grounds of the school and even asked for membership in the X-Men. Notes: Arguably, Krakoa should be added to any issue featuring an exterior shot of the Jean Grey School for Higher Learning. First seen in Wolverine & the X-Men #1 and identified in #2.
