Spencer Keene Search for 'Spencer Keene' on eBay Powers: Right hand has been replaced by a mechanical prosthetic providing enhanced strength. Bio: Megalomaniac that attempted to acquire the Dugan Traveling Circus of Wonders from "Dum Dum" Dugan in order to use the mental skills of the Amazing Cephallo to crack a safe with an explosive lock. Failing this, Keene inadvertently kidnapped Glory, Cephallo's "assistant", who, in fact, was the one with the mental powers. Keene was defeated, and Glory rescued by, Dominic Fortune and Dugan.
