Her innate magical powers, include teleportation, matter transformation, and offensive/defensives combative spells.

Morwen is an ancient force of destruction who was banished ages ago from the mortal world to the astral planes by the mortal mystic the Ancient One. After Spider-Man interfered with in a mystical battle between the Ancient One's successor, Doctor Strange and Dormammu, Morwen was accidentally liberated and took possession of stock trader, Tess Black. Unaware that her host was actually a child of the Asgardian god, Loki, Morwen warned Spider-Man he could accept her gratitude or die, but Spider-Man worked with Loki to free his daughter without driving her mad in the process. While Spider-Man distracted Morwen, Loki telepathically encouraged Tess to fight back. Morwen was driven back into exile, Tess' memories were erased, and Loki departed indebted to Spider-Man.
