Professor Dalton

Bio:
A mad scientist on Earth 1 who came up with what we might call "Bizarro technology". He created the original Bizarro, but his work appeared to have been in vain when that Bizarro died. However, Lex Luthor would later come into possession of Dalton's research and create a new Bizarro.

Ultimately, Dalton's research populated an entire "Bizarro World" called Hrtae.
