Bio:
Major Levin brought Dr. Valerie Cooper to the nightclub "Wannabe's" in appropriate garb to meet with her superior Colonel Vazhin, so that they could discuss the various threats mutants posed to America, Russia, and the entire Earth.

Major Levin stood by while Vazhin met with Dr. Cooper again, this time at her gym. Vazhin continued to warn Dr. Cooper about the menaces posed by mutants, placing emphasis upon the Shadow King, who he believed to be the greatest threat.

Major Levin and Colonel Vazhin spied upon the British Prime Minister in London as her analyst departed her home. Although Levin was interested in continuing their observation, Vazhin noted that they had to move on with their investigation of the Shadow King. Vazhin also took a jab at Levin for exclaiming, "Gag me with a Dragunov sniper rifle," claiming that reading G.I. Joe had been a bad influence on her.

Major Levin was sent by Vazhin to infiltrate Ransome Sole's nightclub, "the Slash", where mutants were being traded as slaves. When Levin was captured, Vazhin sent the X-Men to rescue her, only for them to be taken captive as well.

Storm came to the rescue of her teammates, and helped save Major Levin as well. They took Tullamore Voge, an alien slave trader, captive.

Major Levin began to interrogate Voge for Vazhin back at their facility, but the base was invaded by the Crimson Pirates, who set Voge free and fought Levin, Vazhin and the X-Men. The Beast helped Major Levin get to safety.
