Basher (Highbrow)
Real Name: Unknown
Search for 'Basher (Highbrow)' on Amazon

Powers:
Superhuman strength, bulletproof

Bio:
Basher was one of three Vicious Circle members who became increasingly independent, carrying out operations of their own devising. With HellRazor and Mako, he ambushed and defeated SuperPatriot, leaving him hospitalised and hopelessly crippled. This independent thinking was not appreciated by OverLord.

OverLord made contact with the organization known as CyberData and arranged for their newly revamped SuperPatriot to be used to rid himself of the three Vicious Circle members. The three called out Dragon after taking hostages and a battle broke out between them all. SuperPatriot then burst into the building and beat the battered Dragon unconscious and claimed revenge on his former assailants by using lasers to cut down the villains, only managing to kill Basher.

It was later revealed that Basher was the villain responsible for handing the original Star his humiliating defeat on his first time in action. He simply pummelled the vigilante until he was unconscious and then resumed his activities. Star was forced to retire and hire a replacement.
