Captain America (Marvel)(08 - Isaiah Bradley)
Real Name: Isaiah Bradley
Search for 'Captain America (Marvel)(08 - Isaiah Bradley)' on Amazon

Powers:
Enhanced strength (superhuman), durability, retarded aging do to the super soldier serum, agility, and quickness.

Weaknesses:
Not bullet proof and mental facilities have degraded due to non treatment of super soldier serum side effect.

Bio:
Bradley was among a group of black soldiers used as involuntary test subjects in an effort to recreate Dr. Erskine's super-soldier serum (they were selected as guinea pigs because the bigoted program administrators thought them less valuable than white soldiers). Many died or mutated horribly but they managed to get a control group which it dispatched on a mission into Germany. Isaiah was the sole survivor of this ill fated mission and his reward was court martial and imprisonment. His families pleas to the US government eventually got his release(after being forced to sign non disclosure agreements). He now lives with his wife in New York City, but due to the SS serums side effects he has the mental capacity of a child.

Notes:
Isaiah Bradley never officially served as Captain America; he underwent the experimental process a year after Steve Rogers had already become Captain America. Nevertheless, he remains a prominent figure in black culture, and is occasionally (and incorrectly) referred to as the "first" Captain America, on the mistaken belief that the program that produced him preceded that which produced Steve Rogers.
