Bio:
Nicholas Wilkes was a client of Goodman, Lieber, Kurtzberg & Holliway. He hired Mallory Book as his attorney as the firm specialized in Superhuman law. The case involved him having the Wand of Watoomb on his person and admitting to stealing it after his rights were read. Book was able to get the case against him dismissed when it was revealed he was under the influence of the Eye of Agamotto which was a violation of his civil rights. He was free to go. Book apologized to Doctor Strange who was at the proceedings, saying it was just her job to defend her client. Strange was not upset and in fact said that Wilkes would answer for his crimes at some point, and that in 8 days he'd be gunned down while driving a getaway car.
