Tisha was the girlfriend of Derek McDowell, a man obsessed with Frankenstein's Monster. Knowing that the monster had been found and was on display at a carnival, he took Tisha to the carnival to look at it and to try to convince the owners to sell it to him.
Tisha, freaked out not only by the monster, but by Derek's growing obsession, left to go back to the motel room. Later that evening, Derek returned, enraged that the owners wouldn't sell him the monster. As Tisha tried to calm him down he hit her, telling her she couldn't possibly understand. As most abusers do, he was very remorseful of his actions and apologized profusely. Tisha accepted his apology under the condition they didn't talk about the monster anymore that night and that they just went to bed. Derek agreed and fell asleep almost immediately, the events of the day having exhausted him.
Tisha then snuck out of the room and returned to the carnival. There, she doused the tank the monster was being held in with gasoline. She intended to burn the monster so that Derek's obsession would end and they could get back to living a normal life. As she threw the match at the gasoline, flames exploded everywhere, setting her face and body ablaze in flames. She managed to survive long enough to get into surgery for the doctors to try and save her.
Because of the fire, the monster was revived and the police managed to knock it unconscious. Derek was able to bribe the police into giving him the monster and he took it back to Manhattan, leaving Tisha, badly burned, behind. She hasn't been seen or heard from since.
