Bio:
Konrad was born in 1673 and through out his life became obsessed with the secret of immortal life. In 1732 he was granted the title to Castle Frankenstein, which had been sold to the State in 1662 as the family feared their name was cursed and wanted to rid themselves of anything Frankenstein. Konrad, now the Baron Frankenstein, took possession of the castle, but only two years later was found dead in a castle chamber, locked from the inside.

Fearing the curse of the Frankenstein's, his two brothers and five sisters fled to Switzerland, taking with them Konrad's young son, Alphonse. In 1760, Alphonse's wife gave birth to the first of three children for them: Victor. Alphonse believed finally, with the birth of his beautiful son Victor, the curse of the Frankenstein's had ended.

Victor would go on to stoke the fires of the Frankenstein curse more than they had ever been before, by creating Frankenstein's Monster.
