Bio:
Baron Helmut Zemo, the thirteenth Zemo, is a man born to a legacy of evil. His father Heinrich Zemo was one of the most brilliant scientists working for the Nazis in World War II. Heinrich managed to accidentally kill himself in a fight with Captain America, but even before then Zemo blamed Captain America for all his life's problems. Zemo eventually came to realize that Cap needn't be the focal point of his life, and decided to give world domination a try.

To that end, Zemo convinced his team of Masters of Evil to assume guises as the Thunderbolts, the new super-hero team that filled the void left by the disappearance of the Fantastic Four and the Avengers. The world eventually learned the truth behind the Thunderbolts. The team without Zemo is genuinely trying to become actual heroes.

Recently, Zemo manipulated the new Thunderbolts team from behind the scenes and formed his own group as well. He claims to want to save the world... we shall see.
