2007-07-24 14:33:09 qwerty Powers None, actually, but in Calvin's mind, Stupendous Man has powers. They range from Stupendous strength to "Stupendous reasoning." Calvin's imagination also depicts Stupendous Man flying.
2007-07-24 14:24:33 qwerty Notes In one Calvin and Hobbes strip, Stupendous Man had a battlecry like Captain Marvel's (Earth-S), in which every letter made up the word "Stupendous." It failed, though, because Calvin is a horrible speller. The cry went: "S for Stupendous!; T for Tiger, ferocity of!; U for Underwear, red!; P for Power, incredible!; E for Excellent physique!; N, we'll come back to that...; D for Determination!; U for...for...wait, how do you spell this? Is it 'I'?"
