Overboss Dixon

Contribution History:

2008-03-04 20:04:11 misterpace Bio Dixon was the long-time Overboss at the inter-dimensional holding firm of Landau, Luckman, & Lake that headed up the Mithras Directive full-time after LL&L's fourth partner, Gerry Lequarre, did a disappearing act and was presumed dead. The project went on for years, forgotten by the corporation, and managed by Dixon and Zoe Culloden with the assistance of Montgomery the psychic, even though Zoe and Montgomery didn't completely trust their Overboss. Through it all, Dixon got the total support of Noah DuBois, whom he thought had promise for the Overboss program, a position Zoe Culloden coveted as well. It wasn't until all of Dixon's manipulations and lies came to light that Noah started to distrust his leader. Dixon never had faith in the prediction that Wade Wilson (Deadpool) was going to be the savior of mankind, ushering in the golden age of peace, which was what the Mithras Directive was all about. Instead of assisting Zoe, Montgomery, and Noah in the grooming of Deadpool, Dixon instead put events into motion that would bring HIS choice for Mithras (Captain America) into position to be savior instead. All of this lead to the mind wiping of Montgomery, the death of Noah by Dixon's betrayal, and the near failure of the Directive. Ultimately, Deadpool's betrayal of the Mithras Directive caused Overboss Dixon to go insane and be isolated from society in a nice, padded room-as his long time rival Zoe Culloden took over his position.
