The son of Barry Allen and Iris West. The father of Bart Allen Impulse.
Although Don and his sister, Dawn, had inherited their father's, Barry Allen, super speed they did not use their powers to help mankind. Growing up in the 30th century was difficult for metahumans. They were met with fear and hatred. When ever they did use their super speed it was usually only seen as tornadoes, so they became known as the Tornado Twins. Don had married Meloni Thawne which had revived their ancient fued. Don and his sister were killed helping protect earth from the Dominator invasion. The dominators were working with Earths president who was Meloni's father. After his death his son Bart Allen was kidnapped by the president so that he could use him in his schemes.
