The legend of Jose L. Torres began many moons ago in a land known as Panama, where even as a new born child, the government knew he would be a problem. He was quickly relocated to Canadia where the locals where slow to realize the might of Mr. Torres. The laid-back nature of native Canadians allowed his fury to remain undetected until he reached the age of 15, when he was forced to move to Atlanta, Georgia.
In Georgia, it's common place for an eight year-old to be left alone to fend for himself against mountain lions or tax collectors. Jose finished his first comic book when he was 19. Now, many years later he continues to write comics, though comic books are really his way to pass the time before he finally scores his big hit on broadway. Until then, the music will always live on in his heart.
Date of Birth:
Jose once savagely beat a man for starting crap with his car. Then Jose put the beaten man back in his own car. He also punched out a guy who compared him to Mr. Rogers. And it's not that Jose has anything against Mr. Rogers, he just knew that this guy needed a fist for his face.
Also, please note that Jose L. Torres and JL Torres are two different people. JL Torres is the more prolific writer, while Jose L. Torres is more likely to headbutt you because you annoy him.
