Bio:
Davy Francis first published cartoons in a local paper at the ripe young age of 15 and started making his own comics, 'Tsst' and 'Gripping Tales' whilst in Art College.He then produced strips for IPC comics 'Monster Fun' and 'Oink' and wrote the story 'Anger' for the Knockabout Comics' 'Seven Deadly Sins' with art by Jeremy Banx and produced numerous strips for several humour comics in the UK.H e also wrote and drew a strip for Ray Zone's '3D Comics a Go-Go' and drew a page for Pirahna Press's 'The Big Book of Urban Myths'.He currently concentrates on live caricature work in Ireland and recently drew a two page strip for Sancho Comics. In August 2006, he lost an eye to cancer.
He lives in Belfast with his wife and daughter.
