Should I read the Tales of the Sinestro Corps HC before or after I read the Sinestro War hardcovers?

Yeah, first time. I've been reading Green Lantern & Green Lantern Corps since the beginning of the year, and I'm looking forward to Blackest Night like crazy, so I figured I should probably read the Sinestro War.
