Empty Public User Lists

I admit I haven't really looked through this part of the site much before now but I'm seeing a number of empty lists. If they've been blank for awhile... can they be deleted? I mean if a list is populated that's not a problem, I'm just talking about lists that are on there with no issues listed and in some cases nothing more than a list title - no point in having useless "lists" which are just taking up space.

Yes, if you find empty lists, send them to me and I'll clean them up.
