Selecting artists

I've tried to add Jose Delbo to a number of Transformers UK titles that reprints his work & check name is correct but unable to select

Below from Transformers 1984 #54

I had no problems adding him to an issue.

I've been trying to add Jose to that issue as cover artist too. But i get his name on the selecting box after entering DELB - so 3 selection, then select the 2nd which is correct & highlights blue - but then doesn't appear in Pencil box. I'll have to leave all his entries to someone else to do if keeps not letting me select him.

Have you tried switching browsers? I do not normally have this problem, but you might want to give it a shot.

I just added him to the cover so I'm really at a loss why it won't work if you try to do it.

Do you have the same problem with other creators who have accented letters (like é) in their names?

Which browser (and version) are you using? I seem to recall having that problem with an older version of IE (maybe it was 7 or 8). I thought someone made a change to the website at the time and I was later able to add names with non-standard keyboard letters. I seem to recall being able to add such names with another browser (Safari) without any trouble.

Are you able to see the name in the credits for the issue after Soda added it? What happens to that name when you go to edit the issue?

I'll try it with firefox & IE9 - instead of IE7.

i'm going to add on here list of issue i need to go back to & update with using other browser. I'm putting it in groups - anyone that knows the issue layout should understand the groups.

It works with Firefox. I'll go back in all the issues & add Delbo to the credits. Just done Transformers UK #282.
