Synopsis:
Sam Harker is a fugitive from creditors and the law. He stumbles on the remote home laboratory of Dr. Walter Trent, a biochemist studying morbidity and death. Trent has developed an antidote to the death factor, and Harker inadvertantly kills him trying to obtain it. Destiny intervenes, and warns him not to take it. He is quickly caught, but survives being shot down by police, and then an execution attempt in which Destiny pulls the switch. The morbidity factor, to which Trent was trying to find a solution, causes Harker to age without dying. He remains a living, horribly aged prisoner, in the far-flung future.
